Madhya Pradesh is the first state where this service is being launched on toll free number 181. Information about public welfare schemes of the government could also be obtained on helpline number 181. On calling helpline number, the call operator takes information about interactive voice recorder (IVR). A unique number is generated on every complaint or problem registered.
With this app Public can check the status of your grievance online. Details of various schemes in force in the state can also be obtained. Officers can login & update status of their allotted complaints.
